​You folks were able to match some old casing I had in my house. It was a reasonable price and overall a really good quality.

I just wanted to say thank you for your help getting the extra molding I needed quickly.  I realize this was a small order from a small customer, but you treated it like it was as important to you as it was to me. I worked for a manufacturing company in marketing and sales for 36 years, so I know great customer service when I see it. And I saw it today. Thank you again, Megan. Eric is the best salesperson in the business. He knows his trim and is always willing to help out even if it's outside the scope! 

Great job by our delivery team yesterday! The trim carpenter, said our guys were very professional took a lot of pride in their work, had great attitudes considering the circumstances, and were very patient while they waited for the brick masons to move their material.  I told him they are trained very well and the expectation is for them to behave like professionals, which they always do.  He said he agreed and that it was one of the highest quality deliveries he's seen in a long time.  Excellent work!

ITC has been the most professional and detail-oriented supplier that I’ve work with in a very long time (26-year career).  Kudos to Ben Mendoza and the inside sales team for their support in quoting and ordering materials timely. Kudos to the Warehouse and Delivery team in Raleigh for executing a flawless delivery & trim rack setup on site.  Kudos to Koetter Woodworking for the quality of trim they supplied on this job. My trim carpenter even made a point to comment how relatively stable the moisture content was in the finger-jointed poplar casing you milled. Kudos to the ITC & KW teams for a job well done!

A big shout-out to ITC Millwork for the beautiful rough sawn Cedar for our ceiling  beams. What a difference it makes... we can't wait to see the finished product. Looking forward to buying all our renovation millwork needs from you!
