Do you deliver?
Yes, our architectural millwork products are delivered on company-owned ITC Millwork trucks to all primary markets served. Our typical delivery markets are within a 30-60-mile radius of our locations in Charlotte, Charleston, and Raleigh. We also service Pinehurst, NC, from our Raleigh location. We frequently deliver outside our average footprint, so be sure to determine if your location is covered. Delivery fees, which are estimated upfront, are based on the size of your order and the distance to your delivery location.
Do you ship via UPS/FedEx/Common Carrier/Courier?
Yes. Typically, this is done when a location is outside our standard delivery zone.
When do you deliver?
We typically provide daily delivery service to the Charlotte, Charleston, and Raleigh Metro markets. In Pinehurst, NC, we provide service twice weekly or as needed.
I’d like to pick up my order. When & where can I pick it up?
Upon product availability, you can pick up your order during our pick-up hours, which are generally 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. M- F at our Charlotte, Charleston, and Raleigh locations. However, please note that all pick-up dates are to be discussed and confirmed at the time of order. If you require the assistance of our shop to cut or craft materials, a minimum fee of $125 will be assessed. This fee will vary depending on the complexity of the request.
I just placed my order for an in-stock product; when can I get it?
Rest assured, orders placed by 10 a.m. are typically delivered the following day. In Pinehurst, NC, we will provide the next available truck to those areas. All delivery dates must be discussed and confirmed at the time of order.
I just placed my order for a non-stock product; when can I get it?
Lead time varies for non-stock items. In some cases, it can be as short as 2-3 days. Other trim and door items may be available anytime between 10-20 business days. All delivery dates will be discussed and confirmed at the time of order.
