Doug is a good guy and definitely goes the extra mile instead of like most of our salesman.
Once the sale is made we don't hear anything from them (other companies salesmen) until we need to make another purchase. He comes to the job on the start date and explains what goes where and then will typically stop in at least once a week to make sure we are good. Anyway just wanted you to know we appreciate Doug taking personal interest in our jobs being completed. |
