I just wanted to compliment you on the wonderful Customer Appreciation event.  It all appeared to work out so well from my perspective.  Spacious room and setting,  pre-advertising, great people, goodie bag was great – glad I could participate in that.  I thought the video was very upbeat, fun and positive plus gave a perspective on the various jobs and people at ITC.  I learned lot at the event and made some excellent contacts.
