​I wanted to take a moment and thank you for yesterday's DISC Training.  It is refreshing to see that my employer is equally invested in me as I am in them.  I truly believe this "testing", analysis, & overview is an amazing tool.  Everything boils down to interactions with others in life (in it's simplicity).  This information can legitimately change someone's outlook and approach in life in general. 

My compliments to your delivery team yesterday!  The project PM, Ben Mandon, spoke highly of their work and is quoted as saying, “They went above and beyond.”  Neither he, nor I, heard one complaint on the complexity of the delivery, the distance to walk, the amount of material, etc.  The guys hustled the material in and seemed happy to do so.

​​I wanted to share this photo of our completed Queens Road West renovation. Another spectacular project completed with great teamwork, and I want to thank you for all of your help on this project.
 
By alerting us to some rework on this 1939 Colonial Revival home that was not architecturally correct (e.g., the incorrect front columns and architrave), you assisted us in correcting several items that were outside the scope of the construction plans. With your participation with the architectural designer and the rest of the team, we restored this beautiful home to its original architectural intent.
 
As usual, we greatly appreciate your participation and expert advice.

Thank you so much for your continued support of our Pitchin' for Wishes Cornhole Tournament. We're excited to share that with your help we raised over $220,000 for Make-A-Wish Central & Western, NC. With this money, they'll be able to grant the wishes of 36 deserving kids in our community. Thanks again for "pitchin in" and being part of the fun. We hope your teams enjoyed the day and the beautiful fall weather!  

Thank you very much for the generous contribution to The Walk to End Alzheimer's. Combined with the support from other caring folks like ITC Millwork, we were able to meet and exceed our goal!

Thank you very much for including us in the visit to Koetter Woodworking. We had a very educational visit and learned a tremendous amount about the process and quality. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the hospitality and giving us the opportunity to visit the Koetter plant. It was great to meet new faces while seeing how a top notch facility turns out amazing products! Thanks to you and the personal at ITC!

Just wanted to take a minute to thank you and your team for inviting us to Kentucky. Aside from having a great time, the tour really brought things to light and it was a great learning experience.  We appreciate all that ITC brings to the table and look forward to many upcoming projects together. 

Your delivery drivers, Stephen & Linwood, were very customer focused and courteous.  We appreciated how careful they were in our driveway (it is a bit challenging to turn around in the courtyard area).  Both Stephen & Linwood are very nice young men. We wouldn't hesitate to give you a call in the future.

I have lost track of the time and effort saved by working with ITC. We have a partner organization where I can always get a real person on the phone who is knowledgeable about both their product and our projects.. Their support staff at their warehouse bends over backwards to solve problems, and their delivery team is friendly, helpful and efficient.  

We wish to thank you for your tremendous support of our mission with your recent gift to our chapter. It truly takes a community to grant the wish of a local child, and your generosity has helped to make that happen. We thank you so very much! 

We wish to thank you for allowing us to use your fabulous conference room. As a volunteer animal rescue we are not used to such nice surroundings for our meetings and felt very spoiled! The drinks and snacks certainly were not necessary, but a very kind gesture and enjoyed by all. We truly appreciated having access to such a wonderful space and thank you so much for everything!
