The trim looks awesome guys, thanks very much! There was a nice overage to allow me to make some mistakes... :-) and the piece lengths didn't even need to be cut to fit in my truck.

ITC has been the most professional and detail-oriented supplier that I’ve work with in a very long time (26-year career).  Kudos to Ben Mendoza and the inside sales team for their support in quoting and ordering materials timely. Kudos to the Warehouse and Delivery team in Raleigh for executing a flawless delivery & trim rack setup on site.  Kudos to Koetter Woodworking for the quality of trim they supplied on this job. My trim carpenter even made a point to comment how relatively stable the moisture content was in the finger-jointed poplar casing you milled. Kudos to the ITC & KW teams for a job well done!

A big shout-out to ITC Millwork for the beautiful rough sawn Cedar for our ceiling  beams. What a difference it makes... we can't wait to see the finished product. Looking forward to buying all our renovation millwork needs from you! 

Thanks for helping me with the trim I needed for my dining room wainscoting!  It turned out awesome (here are a few pictures in case you guys like to see what your customers do with your products).  I was able to make the header cap I needed from the  1 1/2" poplar stock, and I am very happy with how it looks.  Your products are outstanding, and your delivery guys were very helpful - they put it exactly where I needed it.
 
In fact, I'm so happy with how things turned out that I am going to do the rest of my house now!  So - can you help me with yet another estimate? 

During our restoration project of the Historic VanLandingham Estate, we needed several custom milled trim details to help us keep the original charm of the estate intact. Not only did ITC get us what we needed, they also assisted in a few design details.

I know my job site was a bit of a challenge. Your delivery team did a fantastic job with a can do attitude. They were really great! 

I never knew how much I loved ITC Millwork until a builder had me working with somebody else! Miserable. And true! Y'all are the best.
