A big shout-out to ITC Millwork for the beautiful rough sawn Cedar for our ceiling  beams. What a difference it makes... we can't wait to see the finished product. Looking forward to buying all our renovation millwork needs from you! 

Thanks for helping me with the trim I needed for my dining room wainscoting!  It turned out awesome (here are a few pictures in case you guys like to see what your customers do with your products).  I was able to make the header cap I needed from the  1 1/2" poplar stock, and I am very happy with how it looks.  Your products are outstanding, and your delivery guys were very helpful - they put it exactly where I needed it.
 
In fact, I'm so happy with how things turned out that I am going to do the rest of my house now!  So - can you help me with yet another estimate? 

During our restoration project of the Historic VanLandingham Estate, we needed several custom milled trim details to help us keep the original charm of the estate intact. Not only did ITC get us what we needed, they also assisted in a few design details.

I received the French door this morning and it looks great. It's exactly what I needed. Go ahead and charge the balance for remaining trim order. It was a pleasure working with you and your team! 

I know my job site was a bit of a challenge. Your delivery team did a fantastic job with a can do attitude. They were really great! 

I never knew how much I loved ITC Millwork until a builder had me working with somebody else! Miserable. And true! Y'all are the best. 

Just to follow up, the delivery this morning went great.  The guys on the truck were very helpful and a pleasure to work with.  This has been a great experience, I look forward to the next time I get to work with you all.

​I wanted to take a moment and thank you for yesterday's DISC Training.  It is refreshing to see that my employer is equally invested in me as I am in them.  I truly believe this "testing", analysis, & overview is an amazing tool.  Everything boils down to interactions with others in life (in it's simplicity).  This information can legitimately change someone's outlook and approach in life in general. 

My compliments to your delivery team yesterday!  The project PM, Ben Mandon, spoke highly of their work and is quoted as saying, “They went above and beyond.”  Neither he, nor I, heard one complaint on the complexity of the delivery, the distance to walk, the amount of material, etc.  The guys hustled the material in and seemed happy to do so.

​​I wanted to share this photo of our completed Queens Road West renovation. Another spectacular project completed with great teamwork, and I want to thank you for all of your help on this project.
 
By alerting us to some rework on this 1939 Colonial Revival home that was not architecturally correct (e.g., the incorrect front columns and architrave), you assisted us in correcting several items that were outside the scope of the construction plans. With your participation with the architectural designer and the rest of the team, we restored this beautiful home to its original architectural intent.
 
As usual, we greatly appreciate your participation and expert advice.
