Odilon, aka Odi Ramirez
I've worked with Odilon since 2004. He joined the Production crew as a green helper with no prior knowledge of millwork. It was only a short time before he ingrained (pun intended) himself into the business moving from helper to moulder operator in no time. Odilon is one of the most unassuming but confident individuals you'll ever meet. He never spoke unkindly to me and was always willing to step in and help wherever needed. This attitude served him well as ITC contracted in 2008-2011 and then began expanding 2012-present Day again. He has filled many roles, but most importantly, he embodies what a model employee is about. Ever helpful, cheerful, dependable & knowledgeable & "top of his field," no matter what that field happened to be at the time. I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavor & business working with his sons. They should be proud to partner with such a fine man.
COO, Shane Higginbotham I have had the pleasure of working with Odi at ITC since June 2014. He has always played the role of a leader and took on the responsibilities that a warehouse manager would. ITC was Odi's home away from home. He spent 19 years learning how to run moulding machines and learned all aspects of shipping & receiving. Odi was my go-to guy when I handled dispatch. He was the kind of employee you could rely on to be there every Day and get the job done, no matter how difficult. He had a positive attitude and always took the time to help others, whether locating something in the warehouse or product knowledge. I would do it all over again and have Odilon Ramirez on my team anytime! Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Odi!.
Operations Manager, Darien Martinez I worked alongside Odi before I was even hired at ITC. From talking with the guys in the warehouse between college classes to fully committing to working in the warehouse, Odi was one of the reasons I chose to work at ITC. I learned so much by talking to him about his position before I was employed. The knowledge, care, positivity, and loyalty Odi shows are seldom found in the workforce today. I wish we had more of him in our field and in our world. He has always pushed me to become better and more knowledgeable about all things ITC related. Odi will be sincerely missed, and the warehouse will feel the void. He will always have a home here at ITC. I wish him the best of luck going forward.
