Joe Daves brings more than three decades of experience in the building and millwork industry to his role as a Sales Representative with ITC Millwork, supporting builders and trades throughout the Charlotte Metro & Upstate South Carolina area.

Joe began his career over 36 years ago as a trim installer in the Atlanta market before owning and operating his own interior trim and custom staircase business for ten years. Known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic, Joe specialized in high-end staircase construction—experience that led him into a sales role with Southern Staircase. He later joined Cox Interior, where he worked closely with high-end custom builders across both the Atlanta and Charlotte markets.

Since relocating to Charlotte in 2009, Joe has built long-standing relationships within the custom homebuilding community. At ITC Millwork, Joe draws on his hands-on field experience to help builders and designers navigate trim, doors, stair parts, and specialty millwork solutions with confidence and clarity. As Joe puts it, “Hands down, the best trim and supply company out there.”

Outside of work, Joe enjoys camping, hiking, hunting, and fishing. He’s a dedicated Georgia Bulldogs fan and rarely misses a game. Joe and his wife, Mimi, have six children.
