Joe Daves recently joined ITC Millwork from Cox Interior as the Charlotte Metro’s newest, but certainly not the least experienced, sales team member. Joe is an industry veteran who started his career in the building industry 36 years ago as an Atlanta-based trim installer. Joe went on to successfully run his own interior trim and staircase business for ten years, specializing in custom staircase construction. Southern Staircase was so impressed by his fine craftsmanship and ethics, they lured him away and offered him a sales position. Joe later went to work for Cox Interior serving high-end custom builders in both the Atlanta and Charlotte markets. He has lived in the Charlotte area since 2009 and now calls home to ITC Millwork, “Hands down, the best trim and supply company out there!” In his spare time, Joe enjoys camping, hiking, hunting, and fishing. He's also a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan and rarely misses a game. Joe and his lovely wife, Mimi have six children.
