RULES & CONTEST GUIDELINES:
- To be eligible, the photograph must contain ITC Millwork installed and finished product in a furnished/staged space.
- Photos must be 300 dpi or better and at least 8 x 10 in size. Please note, cell phone photos are not available in high enough resolution to be usable. Please confirm the resolution of your photo prior to submission.
- Acceptable photo formats – JPEG, TIF or PNG
- Upon submission, the entrant grants full use to ITC Millwork, it’s employees, free from licensing, royalty and copyright requirements. The entrant is responsible for obtaining releases, consents and the licensing necessary to permit the use of the photograph in ITC Millwork materials.
- Photos must have appropriate lighting and have been taken within the last two years and not previously provided to ITC Millwork.
- ITC Millwork reserves the right to decline submissions if they do not abide by the guidelines within. Submission of photographs does not guarantee acceptance for publication.
- Each entrant may submit up to four photos for consideration.
- Due to the file size / format you will need to upload and share your photos with [email protected]
- Additionally, you will need to email Michelle a brief explanation of the project. Please include your name, the location, the photographer, and the date the photo was taken.
- Submissions are due no later than March. 1, 2019.
- One winner will be selected and noticed via email on Wednesday, March 6, 2019. Subsequent photo’s may at ITC Millwork’s discretion land within category pages of the catalog with photo credit.
JUDGING:
- Photos received by ITC Millwork will be assembled into an album and shared on the ITC Millwork Facebook page.
- Votes will be tallied by “likes” on each photo.
- The three photos with the most “likes” on each will proceed to the next round.
- The top three photos with the most likes will be presented to the ITC Millwork Taskforce Committee and will vote by closed ballot to determine the cover photo.
