Tonja Buchanan serves ITC Millwork’s Raleigh/Durham customers as Dispatch Coordinator. Before joining our team, Tonja dispatched service calls and installations for a well-known HVAC company. Previously, she served as an accounting assistant to a full-service Cary accounting firm. Tonja possesses ten years of drafting experience and graduated with honors from Wake Tech with an AAS in Civil Engineering and an AS in Accounting. Tonja thrives on learning new things and is known for her in-depth fact-checking and varying knowledge. She enjoys the fluid relationship that evolves between our ITC Millwork sales and delivery teams and likes playing a role in the big picture of our processes. Tonja moved to Fuquay Varina ten years ago and has lived in Eastern, NC for most of her life. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and spending quality time with her husband of fifteen years and her twelve-year-old son.
