As Chief Operating Officer, Partner and one of the founding members of ITC Millwork, Shane Higginbotham has been instrumental in building the company into a premier supplier of custom millwork, architectural moulding, and high-end interior trim products throughout the Carolinas since 1999. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Shane offers unparalleled expertise in millwork operations, distribution logistics, and construction material supply chain management.
From day one, Shane has played a hands-on role in shaping ITC’s growth—managing everything from estimating and plan takeoffs to inside and outside sales, warehouse operations, and jobsite delivery coordination. His deep operational insight and passion for process improvement have helped ITC Millwork scale with excellence, ensuring that builders, architects, and designers receive the quality, consistency, and service they depend on.
Under Shane’s leadership, ITC Millwork has become a trusted partner to home builders, remodelers, and design professionals, known for delivering tailored millwork solutions that elevate architectural interiors. Based in the Charlotte region since 1997, Shane combines his practical experience with a strong strategic mindset, constantly seeking ways to optimize efficiency and empower the team.
Away from work, Shane is a dedicated family man—married since 1996 with three children—and an active contributor to the community. He’s a longtime volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and a “retired” member of F3 Nation, where he’s known as “RibShack.” Guided by the mantra “Be strong, do good, and do it right,” Shane leads with integrity, whether in the office or the community.
Shane defines success as building something that lasts, both culturally and operationally.
