Michelle Whitmore brings more than two decades of marketing and public relations experience to her role as Director of Marketing for ITC Millwork and U.S. Architectural Millwork. Since joining ITC in 2016, she has led initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, foster industry relationships, and position both companies as trusted partners to builders, architects, and designers across the Southeast.
Known for her vision and collaborative approach, Michelle manages multi-channel marketing efforts—from digital campaigns, SEO, and social media to events and print collateral—while leading the development of impactful content such as the ITC Millwork Catalog, Koetter Woodworking plant tours, and regional builder showcases.
Her passion for the building industry runs deep. Raised in a family with roots in manufacturing and residential development, Michelle spent her childhood exploring job sites and admiring the details of well-built homes—a foundation that shaped her lifelong appreciation for design and construction.
Outside her professional role, Michelle proudly represents ITC Millwork at industry events, builder conventions, and community programs. She is also involved in charitable initiatives, including support for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
When she’s not developing new marketing campaigns or coordinating events, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, assisting with real estate projects, and participating in film and commercial productions. She also loves camping, comedy, kayaking, and biking—bringing the same creativity and energy to life that she brings to her work.
