Michael Perez has joined our Charlotte team as an Outside Sales Rep. Michael has an extensive background in the custom home market as a former Project Manager for two local custom home builders over the past 16 years. Having built homes in most of the Charlotte, Lake Norman areas premier neighborhoods, as well as several Homearama homes, Michael’s experience will prove to be an asset to our company and our customers. A loyal ITCM customer over the past 16 years, Michael has been able to make a smooth transition with his product knowledge and experience in the custom home industry. A resident in Charlotte since age 5, Michael and his wife along with his three daughters reside near Waxhaw.
